What does sending email through 2Mail cost?

2Mail is the email service of JAAN bv and is priced on the number of emails you send per month, per domain. You pick a volume tier and pay a fixed amount for it — there is no price per sent email and no setup fee. Transactional mail and campaigns both count towards the same volume.

The tiers below come straight from our product catalogue, so what you see here is what you pay. All amounts exclude VAT and apply per domain, on a minimum term of twelve months.

Amounts excluding 21% VAT, per domain. The monthly price is the annual amount divided by twelve; there is no month-to-month plan. With a promotion, the promotional rate applies for the first year, after which the normal price of your tier applies.

Priced per domainIf you send from several domains, you take a plan per domain. That way each domain keeps its own reputation, its own authentication and its own statistics.
Twelve monthsThe minimum term is twelve months. If you outgrow your tier along the way, you move up and the difference is settled pro rata.
Excluding VATAll amounts shown exclude 21% VAT. For businesses with a valid VAT number outside Belgium, the usual reverse charge applies.
No setup feesConnecting costs nothing extra. Configuring SPF, DKIM and DMARC and following up on your first sends are included in the price.
